Hi there!

We are but amateur cooks! Here, we document our sweet victories and sorry failures. We hope to grow and one day, be able to cook up a royal delish feast! To more storms in the kitchen! Cheers!

Melt Away

An enduring love for sausages, bread and cheese calls for this recipe;
the Cheesy Sausage Melt!

Rach adores sausages to the nine elevens. I wil chase bread to the ends of their world.
We both dance to cheese in any food. So VOILA!

Stuffing the sausage buns

It came out of the oven looking like this!

We added sauteed mushrooms (the usual favourite) and cool cucumber bacon salad to complement the cheesy sausage melt. This was great! Though honestly, a breakfast without egg is hardly complete.

So have your way, eggs or no eggs!

6 sausages (of your choice)
2 large onions, diced
1 packet of parmesan cheese
6 slices of cheese
2 table spoons of olive oil

2. Dry-fry sausages in the pan.
3. Heat olive oil in pan. Add diced onions and fry till translucent.
4. Stuff sausages and onions in buns.
5. Sprinkle top with parmesan and slice of cheese.
6. Lay on aluminium foil/ baking tray and toast for 5 mins or until cheese melts.
7. Serve and enjoy with mustard or chilli sauce!
